Join us to create a little space just for yourself. Exploring relaxation and developing resilience using yoga, mindfulness and a little bit of love.
This 6-week course will show you how to create space in your own life - space to take care of yourself, as well as those around you; space to deal with life's challenges calmly; space to rest.
Every week has a different focus, each building on the week before to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing and show you the importance of creating your own nurturing space in your busy life.
No experience of yoga, meditation or mindfulness required.
